Embracing Their Wild will never support MLM schemes or any kind.

Here us a really good article by The Motherload on why: https://the-motherload.co.uk/network-marketing-a-cult-for-mums/.

I have, in the past been sucked into Usborne (reputable brand, belief that this was safe) and just about broke even. This is not true for most people.

"Entrepreneurs" from Bodyshop at Home, Usborne, Juice Plus, various (dangerous in my opinion) weight-loss alternative plans are just a few that have messaged or approached me recently.

This is just a reminded that as much as I wish to support small local businesses, especially those run by friends and family, I will not support businesses that are basically ripping off 95% of their employees/contractors (you do not own a business) to make the fat cats happy at the top.

I get the appeal...I really do. A chance to earn some extra pennies for your family (because its mainly mums targeted by these scams) while still being able to be present for your children as they grow. As I said, I attempted Usborne for a while...which after signing up and being told there was no sales targets, I found that there were, and that actually the way they worked made my mental health a lot worse (guilt that my poor preformance affected my team leader, who I had known since secondary).
